对冲基金Third Point购入EssilorLuxottica部分股权

路透(Reuters)援引未具名知情人士的话报道称，美国对冲基金Third Point LLC已购入Ray-Ban品牌母公司EssilorLuxottica的部分股份。

据路透报道，Third Point是在EssilorLuxottica内部正发生权力斗争的背景下盯上该公司的。Third Point 是亿万富翁Daniel Loeb旗下的对冲基金。
