Huangshan Scenic Area National Day Traffic Control Announcement

In order to ensure orderly and smooth road traffic in the jurisdiction during the 2024 National Day holiday and to ensure the safety and comfort of tourists, the Huangshan Scenic Area Public Security Bureau decided to implement traffic control on specific vehicles on some sections of the road from 0:00 on October 1, 2024 to 24:00 on October 7, 2024. The announcement is as follows:

I. Control time

October 1, 2024 0:00 to October 7 24:00.

II. Controlled sections

1. Tangkou Expressway Exit to Huangshan South Gate Square.

2. Tangkou Bridge to Beiguan Bridge (Shanshen Line 1585KM+300M to Shanshen Line 1597KM) section.

III. Control measures and targets

1. It is prohibited for buses with a capacity of ≥20 people to enter the section from the Huangshan Scenic Area Management Committee to the Huangshan South Gate Square; it is prohibited for buses with a capacity of ≥20 people to drop off or wait for passengers at the Tangkou Expressway Exit Roundabout to the Huangshan Scenic Area Management Committee (vehicles carrying passengers to Tangkou area hotels and vehicles carrying passengers to surrounding attractions such as the Emerald Valley and Jiulong Waterfall are not within the scope of control).

2. Large trucks with a length of 13 meters or more and vehicles transporting dangerous chemicals are prohibited from entering the section from the Tangkou Expressway Exit to the Huangshan South Gate, and the section from the Tangkou Bridge to the Beiguan Bridge.

3. If there is any disruption of traffic order or violation of this announcement, the Huangshan Scenic Area Public Security Bureau will handle it in accordance with the “Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China”, “Road Traffic Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” and other laws and regulations.

Please obey the command of the traffic police when entering the Huangshan Scenic Area and consciously maintain road traffic order.
